Our membership is our core strength. We are a Community Land Trust owned and run by, and for, the community. As a member you can lend your voice and ideas to our projects and help us achieve our aims of building opportunities for people in housing need.

How it works
Simply fill out the membership form and, if you live or work in Somerset, BANES or North Somerset, pay for one £1 share (or more if you wish).
Our membership is open to anyone, aged 18 or over, who supports our aims.
Every member gets one vote regardless of how many shares they have.
Once we’ve received your completed form and payment, we send you a membership certificate and put you on our mailing list for our newsletters (about 4 a year). You’ll also get an invite to our AGM.
